Bonus cookies

In order to collect bonus cookies you need a customer account with us, otherwise no points can be saved or redeemed.

There are various actions available with which you can collect bonus cookies, such as signing up for the newsletter, following our social media channels, etc. You can find the complete list by clicking on the "Bonus Cookies" button at the bottom right.

There are various options available to you to redeem the bonus cookies you have collected. For example, exchange them for discount vouchers or reward gifts. Simply click on your desired bonus and you will receive a discount code that you can redeem at checkout.

Note: Each redeemable bonus has individual conditions (if any) and the redemption period until when you have to use the discount code before it loses its validity. So it's best to only get your bonus when you want to order anyway.

Your bonus cookies expire if you have been inactive in our shop for 12 months. But don't panic - you will receive a reminder from us when the time comes.

Then you can easily collect new points or quickly redeem the ones you have already collected so that your remaining points do not expire.

Our cookie-cool service includes fast and uncomplicated delivery. Unless otherwise stated, your order will be ready for dispatch within a very short time and will be handed over to DHL for dispatch Monday to Friday.

Shipping time is 2-5 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends and public holidays may experience delays in delivery. In the event of a delivery delay, we will contact you by email or

If your package is sent back to us, we will wait until we receive the package and notify you.
