Once you've found your favorite pieces, you can easily customize them with just a few
Order clicks directly to your home:

1. Choose your desired product.
2. Add it to your shopping cart by clicking on "Add to cart".
3. Once you have added all the products to your shopping cart, click on the button in the top right corner.
   Click the shopping cart icon, accept the terms and conditions & privacy policy and
   Click on the " Checkout " button.
4. Enter your address/contact details and payment method .
5. Optional: If you have a discount code or voucher code , you can use it
   Redeem it here in the corresponding field.
6. Then click on the " Review order " button. Here you have the
   Option to review your order again: Are your contact and
   Are the shipping details entered correctly? Is the house number entered correctly? Is the email address written correctly? Have you added all your favorite items in the correct quantities to your shopping cart?
7. Great! Now you can click the " Buy now " button and your order will be sent to us.
   

If you have chosen the payment method "prepayment" , you will also receive our bank details for your transfer in your order confirmation .

If you have already paid for your order using a different payment method during the ordering process, you don't need to do anything else.

After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email from our shop and You will receive an email with your tracking number from DHL.

You can track your package at any time via the DHL link and see when it is expected to be delivered. Please also check your spam folder if necessary.

As long as your order has not yet been paid for or processed or shipped by our warehouse/on-demand partner, you can cancel it. Please contact our support team as soon as possible via the support chat (button in the bottom right corner).

Please note that our warehouse packs orders extremely quickly. Therefore, the time window for cancellation is always quite short.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be stopped.

After you receive our shipping confirmation, it usually takes 1-3 business days for your package to be delivered within Germany via DHL. Deliveries outside of Germany may take a few days longer.

If your order hasn't arrived a week after shipment, please first check the tracking status using your tracking number. If there are no changes for an extended period, please contact our support chat (bottom right).

Your order number allows us to quickly check the location of your order.

Enter your voucher or discount code in the designated field during checkout . The amount or discount will be deducted directly from the order total.

If you have already placed and paid for your order, it is unfortunately not technically possible to redeem discounts or vouchers retroactively. In this case, you can redeem your voucher or discount code with your next order, as long as it is valid.

Vouchers or discounts cannot be redeemed for cash.

Orders are usually processed and shipped very quickly. Many items are in stock and dispatched within 24 hours.

Orders received on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping takes a little longer with our OnDemand partners, as the products are only produced on order and then shipped.

Products are shipped within Germany via DHL Parcel or Deutsche Post. Shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €4.99.

Products are shipped outside of Germany via DHL and/or ParcelOne. Shipping costs to Austria are €8.99. Shipping within the EU (Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Spain, Finland), to Switzerland, and to the UK is €16.99.

Do you want to return your entire order or part of it ? Then please contact our customer support first via our support chat in the bottom right corner. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will then discuss the next steps with you.

Unfortunately, sometimes, despite the best packaging, something can get damaged during transport or a defect can be overlooked in production.

In this case, please contact our support team via the support chat in the bottom right corner and send photos of the damage if possible. This will allow us to quickly review your request.

We will get back to you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution to the problem.

In the event that your package is returned to us (e.g. due to incorrect address, failure to pick it up from a branch, etc.), we will wait until we receive the package and inform you.

After consultation and, if necessary, correction of the address, we will resend the package. The resulting additional shipping costs will be calculated individually and discussed with you beforehand.

Yes, certain designs, collections, and limited-time offers are exclusively available here in our Pummeleinhorn shop. These items are not always available from other retailers.
