Me-time in everyday life: Small rituals for more self-love 💝
There are those moments when everyday life just gets too loud – to-dos, expectations, the pressure to be perfect. In the glittering world of happiness, Pummeleinhorn and his friends would say: " Take a deep breath, little one. Your happiness deserves some time for itself. " And that's exactly what it's about: me-time as a loving embrace for your own well-being.
Small rituals with a big impact
Me-time isn't a luxury, it's a necessity! Women between 18 and 35, in particular, face enormous expectations: job, studies, relationships, family, social media – they're constantly needed somewhere. But self-care is n't selfishness. On the contrary: only when you can recharge will you have the strength to fill your life with joy.
You don't have to book a wellness weekend right away. Just 5 minutes a day can give you back a feeling of grounding.
💖 Take a deep breath
Sit comfortably and relax your shoulders. Take three deep breaths. With each exhale, imagine a piece of stress leaving your body.
💖 Creating moments of happiness
A hot tea, a warm bath, a short walk, a favorite song... It's the little sparks of joy that count.
💖 Enjoy your evening ritual
Dim the lights, light candles, snuggle up in a blanket and pursue your favorite hobby: watching a series, listening to an audiobook , painting or even creating a diamond painting picture ... Small rituals signal to your brain: Now I can wind down.
Self-love doesn't begin with great deeds, but with the decision: I am worthy of being treated well.
